Veterans Day 2007
Oops, Steve's trailing arm gave in to the loads of a good ride, so how did they get it back to camp?
The group removed the broken trailing arm and took it back to camp, where Jim straightened and welded it.
Once they arrived back with the welded arm, they installed it and Steve was able to drive it back to camp. It is great to ride with this club!
On the next ride, Steve rode with Jeff and took some pictures when he wasn't holding on TIGHT.
What you don't want to see coming around a bowl.
Doug Becker hit a hole / sand wall in a bowl and rolled his car.  Fortunately he was ok except for some stitches, and the car only lost a whip, a mirror, and a little oil.  Everybody helped out, and Doug rode in other cars later in the trip.   This is another case where it is great to be riding with this group.
Jeff's got pretty new tires (and so does P.J.).
Some minor repairs at the workbench.  Jim straightened a steering arm while Dale worked on his car and Jeff helped out.
